Strategic Safety is a deliberate, disciplined approach to protecting our personnel, our clients, and the environments where we work. SBX safety is not reactive or informal—it is planned, executed, and adapted.
Safety is embedded into how we plan our projects, prepare our personnel, and manage our work.
Project Planning
Safety begins before mobilization. Every SBX project starts with hazard identification, task sequencing, site-specific safety planning and pre- Job Safety Analysis (JSA) review. SBX project expectations are clearly defined before our personnel mobilize.
Each project is unique, so SBX tailors each Daily Report safety section to reflect site-specific conditions and requirements. These reports, including all safety documentation, are distributed to our client daily.
Train and Equip
Our personnel are trained, properly certified, and equipped for the work they perform. Ongoing OSHA, HAZWOPER, and task-specific training—combined with the right tools, PPE, and procedures—promotes preparedness to execute the work safely in demanding environments.
Execute, Monitor, Improve
SBX actively manages its safety in the field through supervision, inspections, observations, and open communication. Safety performance is reviewed and strengthened through our ongoing evaluation and operational learning.
